Mini Marvels - Aquarian

Wundarr was sent into space in a small emergency pod as a baby by his parents, who believed that their homeworld of Dakkam was soon to be destroyed. Eventually crash-landing on Earth, damage to the pod stopped it's stasis field from working and Wundarr slowly aged to adulthood as he lay dormant. Decades later Wundarr awoke and broke free of his pod, possessing great physical strength but the mental maturity of a child thanks to spending his life in stasis. His childish rampage was stopped by the Thing, who was able to subdue Wundarr and take him back to the Baxter building, headquarters of the Fantastic Four. There the team were able to help Wundarr acclimatise somewhat to the world, before turning him over to Project Pegasus for protection and study. The project leaders eventually decided to utilise Wundarr's energy manipulating abilities to experiment on a Cosmic Cube. Backlash from the experiment left Wundarr in a coma, though he soon awoke to reveal that the Cube had greatly enhanced his mental faculties, giving him incredible knowledge and wisdom. Renaming himself the Aquarian, Wundarr set off to travel the world and spread his enlightenment to mankind.
