Mini Marvels - Crimson Dynamo

The original Crimson Dynamo armour was built by gifted engineer and master electrician Anton Vanko, who was tasked by the Russian government to defeat the American superhero Iron Man. Failing in this mission, Anton would instead defect and flee to the United States, dying soon after in an effort to save Iron Man's life from another Soviet agent who had stolen the Crimson Dynamo armour. The Russian government would recover the armour and assigned a series of replacement operatives to assume the identity.

While early Dynamos would often clash with American heroes due to their conflicting loyalties, as relations improved between the two countries the patriotic Dynamos would be seen in a more favourable light. Though the pilots of the armour change regularly, the Crimson Dynamo has become a staple member of the Winter Guard, Russia's premier superhero team.
