Biollante

Half-human, half-Godzilla, half-plant, all-awesome. Not much is clear about Biollante, they make a big deal about her kinda possibly having a human soul but there's no explanation as to whether she's conscious or just a raging animal. She is set against Godzilla in one of his least sympathetic and more antagonistic roles, but she isn't obviously on the side of the humans or anything. It's a mystery. After she fights Big G she disintegrates into pollen or something and flies up into the atmosphere, which is potentially how Godzilla's DNA got into space to create SpaceGodzilla. The more you know, eh?
