Mini Marvels - Anti-Man

Connor Sims became Adam Brashear's best friend during their time serving together in the Korean War. Opposed to racism, Sims aggressively defended his friend from some of the taunts and intolerance of their fellow soldiers. After the war the two became scientists, and Sims helped Brashear with a project to tap into the Negative Zone to create an unlimited source of energy. The two were caught in an explosion when the experiment overloaded however, and Sims was completely obliterated by the anti-matter energy. Decades later he managed to regain a corporeal form, his body now composed entirely of unstable anti-matter energy. His mind had been broken by the experience however, and his anti-racist sentiments led him to believe mankind deserved to be punished for its intolerance. The Avengers attempted to stop his attacks but he was too strong for them. It was his old friend Adam, now known as the hero Blue Marvel, who finally stepped up to defeat him, destabilising his anti-matter power source to destroy him for good.
